<p>Emerald Pulse uses a powerful capabilities to map the available human resource pool against mission critical roles.</p>
<p>For example, in emergency services the roles filled by a particular person can vary dependent on the type of emergency.</p>
<p>Emerald Pulse is used to define all the capabilities and expertise required for each critical role.
