PSISift limits access to employee information stored within the system.

The only people who have access to your information are:

• The managers in your team (your manager and their manager etc). Managers from other functional teams don't have access to your information
• Your human resource staff. Not human resource staff in charge of other business departments
• PSISoft administrative staff - they are contractually bound to keep all information confidential.
