You can access the profile of employees that report to you via the 'My Team' link on the navigation bar.

If this link is not avalible, it is because you dont have anyone allocated to you. You will need to see your human resource manager to allocate the necessary poeople to you.

From the 'My Team' link, you will see a list of employees that reoirt to you. You can access their profile by clicking their names. From here you can check and modify certain details for them and also rate them on their performance
